Watch me.

Back in 2017, I always tell my friends that 2018 is going to be my year. I know it didn’t begin the way I wanted it, but March was the start of everything.

Here are the 4 major events in my March: my birthday, Circuit Studios, Onelane PH, and Taiwan.

There are 2 types of people in this world: the one who celebrates her birth month, and the one who celebrates her birthday... and I am neither. I’m not really the kind of person who likes celebrating her birthday mainly because I hate attention. I even hide it on Facebook. I don’t like arranging my birthday party nor inviting people to waste their time on me. But!!! Apparently, I celebrated it 4 times this year and I’m not complaining.

First time was with my family and extended family, just a whole day of eating, and endless laughters.

Second time was with my Circuit Studios besties. We went to Tagaytay for work and had dinner the night before my birthday. They just surprised me with a cake, it was sweet.

The third time and on the day of my birthday, my college bff and I met over lunch and coffee. We just get up to date with each others lives because it's been a while since we've seen each other. I got flowers from her too! My god, she’s such an angel and I love her so much. After our very tita meet up, I went home and realized that I don’t want to have a pity party, so I dragged my childhood friend for dinner and the rest of my boys for drinks. It was such a good night, they also surprised me!!! I was so shocked because I had no idea I had it in them. I love them so much. I don't even know how to describe the feeling, it's like genuine happiness, something I never felt before. I don’t know what I did to deserve my friends. I’m just so thankful, I couldn’t ask for a better way to end my 24th birthday.

Fourth time was with my dad, sister, and brother we had Korean dinner, as requested by me. Hahaha! It was a fun and samgyupsal-filled night. So I guess, 24 is going to be my year?

Onelane PH and Circuit Studios are both businesses I launched this month together with a couple of close friends. Onelane PH is a high street fashion clothing line for the modern Filipina. Venturing in the fashion industry is a dream come true, I’ve always been too afraid because for one I have no idea how fashion marketing works and hell I freaking suck at drawing & sewing. I had the opportunity to take a big step towards it when a batchmate from high school offered me a partnership with her brand... my god! I didn’t think twice and push through with it. Now, we re-branded and launched our summer collection. Check out Onelane PH's website for the freshest drops this summer!

Circuit Studios is a lifestyle and events photography and videography company that my college friend, his best friend, and I started planning last February. Everything happened so fast, next thing I knew clients are coming in, and I sorta got addicted in investing into cameras, lenses, SD cards, and other stuff. Production is basically our air since it's where we are trained so well back in college, and being in the corporate world for years made us realize that taking photos and videos isn't just a hobby.
We are just a start up, but I assure you that we can provide quality and premium outputs. Check out our Facebook page and our Instagram: @circuitstudiosph. #ShamelessPlugging

Taichung City, Taiwan

Like I always say in my travel posts, there’s something about discovering new places that is so addicting. I fell in love with Taiwan and I’m definitely coming back. The food, culture, transportation, and the people are soooo amazing! I've prepared a couple of blog posts for my Taiwan trip and I can't wait to share it with ya'll. I think I left a piece of my heart in Taiwan.

March is just so good, I don’t want it to end.
